A natural, dry red wine made from 50% Kotsifali and 50% Mandilari, two indigenous Cretan varieties. Produced by Ampelourgein Winery, located in Schinokapsala, Lasithi. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with no added sulfites, and the wine ages for 18 months in stainless steel tanks without filtration, followed by 9 months in the bottle. The wine reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and earth, with a full, rich taste and a long, fruity finish.

Produced by Silva Daskalaki Winery, located in Siva, near Heraklion. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with robust tannins and a long, spicy finish.
