Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with no added sulfites, and the wine ages for 18 months in stainless steel tanks without filtration, followed by 9 months in the bottle. The wine reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and earth, with a full, rich taste and a long, fruity finish.
